The ACCESS Process
- Gather Data for Client Database - We work closely with our clients to extract crucial data for RFP responses. ACCESS team members interview your subject matter experts and examine your data sources to ensure that your value messages are properly conveyed and that information is responsive and compliant to the needs of Trustees and Consultants. We capture and store your data in a secure, partitioned ACCESS database designed specifically for you. The database will be kept current and ready for future RFP responses.
- Advocate - ACCESS advocates for you, continuously communicating your firm's unique value proposition to Trustees and Consultants, and placing your firm in the best possible position to be awarded new business.
- Harvest RFPs - Our extensive professional network keeps us on top of time-sensitive information. We scour the Public Employee Retirement System marketplace, locating and evaluating every RFP, RFI, and DDQ issued. The ACCESS Proposal Center staff analyzes the requests and presents those that most closely match the pre-qualified Asset Managers on the ACCESS platform.
- Respond Quickly and Accurately to Requests- We guide our clients through each step of the RFP process. ACCESS proposal writers use client databases to respond to selected RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs. Our writers use industry best practices and quality control standards, including production techniques, to present your firm in the most professional manner possible. Our process ensures your proposals are delivered on time and on target.
